Description of Work:

The beautiful Northern Suburbs of Wollongong are home to some of the most spectacular homes in the area, with this one in Reef Avenue being no exception. We were contracted by our partners, Bellevarde Constructions, to help bring this piece of land to life from the fibro shack it once was. As a result, various hazardous waste including bonded and friable asbestos was found on-site and processed in conjunction with the EPA rules and regulations. Throughout the entire job, we removed and altered the position of a 1920’s style rock-wall, demolished the pre-existing house and began civil works for the footings of the new dwelling, creating a blank canvas for the exceptional builders at Bellevarde to get to work. The works were conducted over the period of 1 month and were completed within the expected timeframe.
