Pioneer Lodge is an aged care facility in Gerringong which proved to be a fun and challenging job with a partial demolition of the pre-existing building to enable the alterations by PBS Building to bring to life the new facility. This involved a strip-out of the entire top-floor by our skilled team using heavy machinery. As a result of this contaminants were recognised and tested meaning the remediation of the site was imperative for further work. Our skilled team of removalists and demolition experts removed the asbestos and disposed of before site remediation took place.
