This heritage listed building in Lang’s Corner, Wollongong, proved to be a fun challenge for the team at Wollongong City Excavation and Demolition whereby we required to carefully salvage parts from this building before any demolition and removal. Through the process of excavation and demolition asbestos was present therefore we were required to contain onsite all the contaminants before moving forward with our work. This job was conducted over the period of 45 days and was completed within the budget of $172,000.00.
